We are delighted that you are interested in our holiday flats. You can book your flat directly via the homepage. If you would like to book for a shorter period than 7 days, you can only do this at short notice before arrival, or you can contact us by e-mail. We have a general minimum stay of 7 days in the high season and a minimum stay of 4 days in the low season. The Residenza is closed on Sundays and therefore no arrivals are possible.
All flats are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in all flats, this can be selected during the search and is indicated in the flats with ‘Pets allowed’.
On your arrival the beds in the flat are made up, towels and kitchen linen are also provided. On your departure we ask you to leave the flat in a tidy, clean condition, dispose of all rubbish, strip the beds and put the used dishes in the cupboard.
Check-in from approx. 16:00 to 18:00; departure by 10:00 at the latest.

The Residenza Lagrev is located in a particularly sunny and calm area on the plain between the lakes of Sils and Silvaplana. All apartments of the Residenza are equipped for comfortable enjoyment. The center of Sils Maria, the cable car of Furtschellas and the center for water sports are away few minutes walking.
Briefly: are guaranteed enjoyable holidays in the Engadine. We expect you.
